What If My Package Gets Lost?

Order Online – Pick-up in-store with Australia Post

You can now purchase any foreign currency online and pick it up at over 3,000+ AusPost locations right across the country. We’ve teamed up with Australia Post to make currency exchange seamless. Similar to our home delivery service, if you know you’ll be at work or away from home when your currency will be delivered, you can get it directed to your nearest post office.

Orders usually take between 3-5 business days to arrive at your nominated Australia Post office. Once your travel money has been delivered, we’ll send you a notification to let you know your order has arrived and is ready for pick-up.

This way, you can collect your order when and where it suits you. Whether you want to get it delivered close to your workplace or near home, the decision is yours. This option is great for those of us that work 9 to 5 and won’t be in when our courier comes round to deliver your packet.
